RIVERBANK CHEMICALS PTE LTD is a Singapore incorporated company founded in 1985 by our CEO, Mr. Sim Tse Woon. The company was set up with its core business as a stockiest and distributor in industrial chemicals and solvents.
With the establishment of PRIMECHEM MALAYSIA SDN BHD in 1990 to provide value-added services on manufacturing of customized thinners to suit customers’ requirement, Riverbank Chemicals is now one of the leading manufacturers for thinners and industrial solvent to various industries, both local and overseas

Since the date of its incorporation, PRIMECHEM MALAYSIA SDN BHD is now one of the leading solvent and thinner distributors in Johor. We are ably equipped with state-of-the-art storage and blending facilities and a fleet of efficient tankers.

In line with market’s requirement, we have also set up a branch in Kuching on 1st June 1998 and also one in the Klang valley on 1stJune 2002, to cater for the discerning needs of our valuable customers in these locations.
